Belgioioso Fantasy

Every ear, during the Easter weekend there is the Belgioioso Fantasy festival, to the Belgioioso castle.

In the park around the castle there are medieval encampments, medieval food and drink, dress and games.

While inside is all dedicated to the fantasy and games.
So you can find Harry Potter stands, Narnia stands, RPG pen and paper and lives, board games, dresses and so on.

There was also the stand of the association i play vampire with so we met lot of friends there.
So that's enough talking, now the pics will speak for me!

Hostory of a Vampire - Background part 3

When in 1912 William become ill, Natalie gets her chance to separate father and daughter.
Day after day his illness get worst, and in 1913 he is no longer able to understand what happens around him
This way Natalie manage to hospitalize Elinore in the famouse Philadelphia State Hospital at Byberry.

There, Elinor, was put in seclution for long time, to make her understand that what she saw and heard was not real.
That way she also learn to isolate the voices and the visions, like she could control the volume, but not all the time.
There she start to listen a voice, different from all the other, more clear, sometimes that voice singed to give her console, other time shows her vision of the outside, or told her tales of death.

When the father died she knew there were no chance to get out of there, and all this isolation, her father loss, and the absolute certainty she was going to die there, made her fall in a deep depression, then she tryes to commit suicide by cutting her veins.
But she was found in time by the guards and the nurses.
While she was laying on the bed in the infirmary, with no strenght and no willing to live...he came.
A deranged shadow.
Disjointend thoughts.
Rushed on her and was a turmoil of emotions and sensation flowing in her mind.
Immages, places, people and words that didn't belong to her.
In a vortex of chaos she found herself alone in the night, under the rain, far away from the hospital.

History of a Vampire - Background part 2

The company goes well, but is not the same for family relationship.
Elinor keeps hearing voices and having visions, and talk about that with the father.
It happens, sometimes, that Natalie Clark, the new wife, hear those conversation and is sure about Elinor madness, and tells to William to hospitalize the daughter.
There is a very great one close to them, in Philadelphya.
But William knows, Elinot words are true and so doesn't listen his wife whines.

When in 1909 Natalie gives born to a baby boy, it all goes wors, because she doesn't want Elinor to inharint anything of her father wealth.

The night of May the 16 1910, Elinor has an horrible nightmare, when she wake up crying, the visions keep going and she understand it is not a nightmare.
She tells to the father what she saw, the cave, the dirty children, the smell of gas, the explosion, the little body burning.
Natalie seps-in telling she probably just heard about the Monogah incident in West Virginia on December the 6th 1907 and just had a nightmare about that.

But the night after, the same nightmare came again, this time when she wakes up and goes to the window, she see the flame coming up from the close coal mine and men running there trying to extinguish it.
She did put on the nightown and ran out, crying, with the vision of the children burning and screaming in her mind.
But somebody stop her before she get too close and in danger, then she collapse to the ground.
She felt guilty for all those death, she knew, but did nothing.

History of a Vampire - Background part 1

After playing an NPC in the last Vampire live event, i decided to make a new character that can interact better with the chronicle.

I want to tell you her Background in a few posts.

Since i know a master of the vampire chronicle is the only one reading this blog ( Hi Flora! <3 ), i think it won't cause any problem to the game.

This not a NEW story, like something special or my whole invention.

I wanted to make a character that i had pleasure to play.

History of Sid Darkflame:

Elinor was born in 1892 from William Fireston and Agata Devis, in Akron, Ohaio.

Her father was Harvey Samuel Firestone’s cousin and they did open in society the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company.

Since the early years Elinor reveals her obscure power, waking up her mother at night, when hungry, by mental visions and mental screams.

When upset it seems like object were moving and crashing because of her.

Both her parents and especially her mother, were frightened by that.

But growing up she proves to be a sweet and amiable kid and her angry attacks end up by vanishing completely.

Starting from her 6 years old, she begin to hear voices in her head.

Like an inconstant buzz, it seems she was hearing other people thought, the louder ones, like they were shouting.

In 1899 her beloved mother dies.

Both, father and daughter strongly suffer from this loss. But 2 years after that, William decide to get married again thinking it would be the best for him and his daughter as well.

In 1906 the Firestone Tire and Rubber Company fabricate the tire that will be chose by Henry Ford for his first mass-produced cars.

After this success William decide to go on his own and moves with the whole family to Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, where he will open an authorized Ford company spare parts.

Larp! Vampires the Masquerade season 2012

Finally some pics of the last 2 vampires live!
This time a lolita friend of mine, started her character and joined the chronicle :D
We are already playng D&D together and she decided to try larping with me!

I'm in lolita, if somebody is wondering, but that is just a copy of a replica(so u can guess the quality) that i use to larp, i got it at a very cheap price i didn't know it was a replica until i saw the original.

I think you can see a clear lolita influence in our vampires outfit ^^

My secret unveiled....and some news

Few months ago

yesterday

The secret I usually hide under a skirt  ... thats doesnt sound good i know...but i'm just talking about my legs!

And especially about my hips.

As you can see my body is far from being perfect, but i would never say i am fat, or something like that, just to moan and play victim, i worked hard just to get here, but still my weak points are legs and hips

My legs will never be like the pic on the right, because my body is not like that, i must sruvive to this and is okay, but  i still want to lose some weight and get thinner hips, i sure can since i'm still overweight of a couple of kg, this mean i can lose from 2 to 5 without any risk.

I'm proud of my muscles, i had not at all since some months ago, but i starte gym in February 2012 and it shows!

Now, some updates:

As you can see on the right i added a calendar, because there are so many events incoming that i wanna track them, and even if i may try to hide you something just to post a surprise, you can spoil something there.

I'm seeing my local lolitas community and planning lot of things with them, it's going to be very fun!

Next week i'm starting some sewing lessons from a friend yay! We are going to make a velveteen lolita skirt, a cupcake petticoat and a victorian skirt, this will go ahead until April.

Still waiting the jsk i ordered from Surface Spell, sigh, i fear won't be here in time for Christmas.

New sewing work: Petticoat

Actually i started this project a couple of week ago but i was to lazy to report about it.
I made myself a petticoat, because the one i got when i was in UK is too long for almost all my skirt and is not the best one to use for lolita.
This is the petticoat i bought

And being not very tall, as i use to say, this petticoat ends to my calf.
I needed a petty ending right under my knees, and actualli i even need a shorter one.
By the way, i can't teach you anything about how to make a petticoat, all i did was looking tutorial on youtube.
The item you need are
Sewing machine (oh yeah!)
Cotton thread of the color you are going to make the petticoat ( i made it white )
Lining (color as for the cotton)
Elastic (the one for the waist )
Tulle

You better get somebody to help you take your measures, i did it by myself, but better having some help.
And after you got your measures, add many MANY centimeters, to have space to work and do mistakes.

What i did was to cut the tulle in many layers then to sew them over each other, and the sew them over the lining.
Then i did a turnup on the top of the lining to cover all the sewing signs, and i let it open to put the elastic trought it.

The elsastic must be shorter then your waist because you want it to be thignt around you or..the petticoat would fall!
Also this make it curly and give a better effect and more thickness, i hope you get what i mean.

Also checked the petticoat with the dress i'm gonna wear for next vampire larp and the effect is not bad!
But not gonna show you until i get pics from the live, next month!

June the 2th - VAMPIRE LARP

This was my party at the last Vampire the Masquerade LARP ( live action roleplay game), in Pavia, i think we were quite cool!
I just wished to look better in this pic...
I don't have other pics of us, this is the only one the offical photographer published.
It was very fun, we met many good player and nice people.
The organization and the location were great.

Tonight Larp

The day has arrived.
This evening we are going to the new Vampire the Masquerade campaign Larp.
My bf, my friends and me passed the last weeks writing our background, making our characters, and trying the outfits.
Now we are ready...and if we are not...we will anyway!
I showed you what my character was going to look like, I had to do the final test yesterday, but my bf called me when i was about to get a shower, and asked to go with him to buy some stuff he needed for his character.
So he got a brand new outfit, got a blous,e a slacks, bracers and a  papillon.
Once back at home i had just time to get the shower and iron my hair, then i was so tired, still cause of the cat, that i just went to sleep, since anyway i had to come to job this morning (and i'm at office right now ....yeah yeah...it is 2 june and it is holiday here, nothing to do at all, i told my boss, but he wanted me to come anyway..okay pay me 30% more to be doing nothin :P ).
This way i have just few time left this afternoon to try all my outfit, i want to try it full, with dress, wig and makup so it is going to need a little bit to do it all.
Yesterday my bf asked me "why do you need to try it? Can't you just go and put it on once we there?"


WHAAAAAT?!
No i cant!

I need to check my makeup to be sure i'm able to enlarge my eyes, and the dress i need to check how it is with short sleeves blouse cause it is too hot to use long sleeves one!
And about the wig, i have to cut old collant to use it as the stuff (i don't know the name) to keep all my hair in place under the wig without having black hair going out from the blonde one!
And i have to clock all the operation to be sure I'm going to be fast and not taking 1 hour just to dress up once we are at the location of the larp!

Oh gosh...Men really don't get it!!!

Yesteray I also wanted to do a french manicure, but since by bf stealed all my time i just fixed the polish nail i had on already.

A walk to the park

My other half and me, went to a survey to find a good spot for our picnic on next sunday.
So we took a relaxing walk into a park we never visited before, also if it is close to hour home.
We went to Besozza Park that is close to Malaspina Lake, in Pioltello.
There are such beautiful homes there, that i fell in love with them, and I'm dreaming to go live there...

We found out, that more then for the picnic it could be cool for Larping, a fantasy one, so i'm gonna share the pics i made with Kymareon, my fantasy larp group.

New vampire character

On june the second, we are starting to go to a new vampire chronicle.
This is a long lasting chronicle and i hope we, me and my friends, can find our home.
So it was time for me to think to a new story and to create a new character.
I needed a character that could use the things i already have, cause i don't have money to spend (we just payed 2 fines cause we entered a zone close to cars, on our last vacation (grrrrrr).
I wanted so much to use my gothic lolita (KURO?) dress, it is a jsk with a blouse.
I bought it about 3 years ago in Brescia (i should go check if the shop is still open).
And i really wanted to use the wig i bought for my Chobits cosplay for last Lucca Comics convention.
So this is how it is

I'm also wearing the cameo i bought to my last raid to Chinatown and i think i'm going to use the hairband aswell.

But since, i hope, is going to be warm on june, probably i'll use a blouse with short sleeves.

What you can't see from this pic, is that the wing is very long, it arrives to my bum, i love it (the wig not my bum!).

I'm really sorry for the pic quality, i'm still put of battery and using the smartphone, plus i had not make up so i used a bit of photoshop on my face to cover the little spot and the shadow under the eyes.

Please forgive me! (i'm too ugly withotu make up, not Photogenic at all!)

She was born in 1942 in Oslo, and is a kid from the Lebensborn program (google it).

She first went to an orphanage and then to a mental hospital, then her Sire (so is called the one who makes you a vampire) found her and took her wit him.

She is crazy as it was her Sire (in fact they are Malkavian as a vampire clan).

She is about 17 years old, but she thinks to be younger and act like a spoiled kid.

My background is build together a friend of mine and my bf so that we know each others already when we start playing.

Some pics from Vampire Larp session - 28/04/2012

The faeries' gate

This sunday there was the fantasy larp event.
Finally, i would say.
So i left bf at home and went to play!
The location was great, it was the Soncino castle.

I went to play other time at that location, but always around the castle, while this time we were inside the castle.
The plot was about saving or not an imaginary girl who was the imaginary love of the Baron's son.

He wanted to convice us she was real, he dreamed of her and he was sure she was his true love.
But we had infiltrator from bot side, the good and the evil side, and they were trying to push us in different directions.

In the end we didn't save that girl from the cave she was trapped in, cause some people decided to steal the magic walking stick that was needed to enter the cave.

So the evil side won, we didn't know there were evil and good side plotting with us, the ones who stealed the stick came back after and killed some of us who were unconcious and robbed em, i was cursed by an Obscure Puka, and i run away, that saved me from being killed.

After that we were all invited to the Dark Court, the Dark Faeries Court, cause we ended up doing their will.

And i made a pact with them to remove my curse, but that means the dark faeries own me, and i will serve them for long time and much probably my character will die by them.
