Five days to Vienna (photos heavy)

We had a little vacation at the beginning of May, because I'm not going to be very active in the incoming months since the belly is getting heavy.

Usually we like to walk a lot and see as many things we can, but my condition didn't allowed us to be as usual, but we did try our best!

For sure I could not waste a chance to see Sissi Palace, Shonbrunn, and the HUGE queue to get the ticket to go see the inside.

Many friends told us the inside doesn't worth it 'cause is not the original one from Sissi time, so we decided to not do the 2 (and more) hours queue under the hot sun (it was a very hot day).

Instead we went for the garden and the zoo.

And of course I wanted to eat the original sachertorte at the Sacher Hotel, what a wonderful and elegant place!

The cafe is placed on the side of the Hotel and there is usually a queue to enter, we had to wait about 10 minutes, but we did stay inside 40 minutes about, enjoying the experience.

So delicious!

During the week we also visited the Secession palace where is placed the Beethoven Frieze by Gustav Klimt, my favourite artist.

The Leopold Museum where i mainly went to see Egon Schiele (Klimt pupil) and Klimt.

We didn't manage to go to the Belvedere where is the main Klimt collection, because I was always very tired and it was not so easy to get to.

On Sunday we went to the Prater, a park with a big part of green and a lunapark, where is the Vienna Ferris wheel

Of course, we went for a ride 

After all the walking and a wiener schnitzel...

My husband, my belly and myself went for a ride on the train into the green side of the park

30 Days phoyography challenge: Day 2 what i wore today

It was actually yesterday, but it was my yesterday today!
It is really nothing special, but we went for some maternity shopping in the morning and i had a chance to wear them in the evening, cause we went to a brewery's birthday party.
My husband has a passion for crafted beers.
So this is what i wore

Sandals - Lasocky (from Vienna)

Bags - a shop at Frock-on in London now i don't remember the name!

As you can see i got quite chubby, not just the belly, my face is a lot more rounded, but nothing i can do until i give birth to my baby boy! <3

From H&M i also got this shorts 

Yesterday we had a relaxing day, we went to shopping, then to the swimming pool.
On the way home we had an ice cream and in the evening we went to the brewery with some friends.
I just drunk a coke and lot of water !

30 Days phoyography challenge: Day 1 self-portrait

Hello everybody!
Since i'm quite off from lolita because of my cubic shape, I decided to join this challenge even if i'm not a photographer, and most of the pics will be taken from my cellphone (but i hope my husband will take some pics with the reflex too).

Day one: Self-portrait

I took this pic cause i did cut my fringe by my own, I was making it growing, but it was stressing my out way too much.

I also putted on a bit of make-up because without....i look just ...meh!

To cut my fringe i used the Claire's fringe cut clip, and my husband trimmer, then i cut it little by little with much attentions. I think it looks good enough.

You can see my hair regrowth, because i cannot bleach them till i'm pregnant, but i somehow like to see it 'cause so i know how long did the grew since December.

As soon as i have a chance to dress pretty i will post day 2.

Lovely spring time

Finally spring is here!
No more grey and cold, no more rain and clouds!
Sun and colors invade the world, YAY!
And what is better then sunny Sunday to do a picnic?

We were all so pretty and incarnate the perfect spirit of the spring

We got many compliments, people told us we looked like a paint, and of course many wanted to take pic of us.

Even with my belly I managed to fit into some lolita clothes, it was a casual outfit and you can see my cubic shape XD

 

I really had a great time, thanks to everybody and especially my husband for the help and the photos! <3

LBC: What's Next On Your Lolita Wishlist?

It is complicate to talk about my wish list, because my lolita wardrobe is still very small and my wish list is still quite long.
Even if there are dresses i haven't worn yet, because I'm waiting the right moment, because any of them is special for me and I don't want to waste an outfit that might be a good one.
Also being pregnant at the moment stops me to even watch sales 'cause it is a pain.

Bt the way, I want to show you my 2 dream dresses, i always look for them and soon or later i'll get them.

My dream dresses are on my wish list but not exactly at the first places.
I'm saving money for the next Lucky Pack/Happy bag incoming (spring or summer?)
Not being very wealthy this is my opportunity to have a couple of brand new pieces and this time i wish to buy a medium lucky pack all by myself, i also asked to my husband to help me to buy one for my birthday that is in June.

And i hope around November/December to can fit into lolita clothes again ;)
